Tossed in the Water
By: Kaleigh Hoschar
There’s never been a moment that you didn’t see me through, God.
As we worshiped to the songs this last weekend, I was reminded of every moment in my life, that God saw me through a storm. Through sickness, through a miscarriage, through financial struggles, and so many other moments where life just knocked the wind out of my husband and I. When anxiety, fear and darkness seemed to overwhelm thought patterns. But watch…
Philippians 4:6 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
God seeks us… he wants to know the desire of your heart. He wants to move in those circumstances that seem impossible.
Our responsibility? Well I’m glad you asked! It is to praise Him… He who can do immeasurably more than we could ever think or imagine… to come and seek Him and love Him back!
To thank Him when it isn’t easy. That is our response to a God who loves us through the dark!
