“If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them wanders away, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others on the hills and go out to search for the one that is lost? And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he will rejoice over it more than over the ninety-nine that didn’t wander away!
In the same way, it is not my heavenly Father’s will that even one of these little ones should perish.
Matthew 18:12-14
Have you ever lost someone in a grocery store? You look and look and hope that they may just be around the next corner or hiding in the clothes rack. You maybe even call their name out or if you are running out of options you ask an associate to call them over the intercom!
That feeling you have where you need to find that person…
That is just a fraction of how the Lord feels about you! You are the one in the ninety nine that he is searching for… who he longs to have a relationship with!
You are sought after.
Highly regarded.
Cherished and loved by the creator of the universe!
And that feeling when you find that person… multiply that by infinity and beyond and you might scratch the surface of the joy the Lord has when he finds you!
