I Don’t Own It - God Loans It
By: Kaleigh Hoschar
If there is one thing I have learned from renting a home, it’s that I don’t own it.
I am sure you’re thinking… well, duh.
I am sure at some point in your life you know what I am talking about though! That feeling that you have to be extra careful with the walls and be sure to keep the carpet tidy. Change the AC filter often and be sure to pay that renters insurance!
It’s borrowed… it is not yours… and you take care of it!
Growing up my mom used to say leave something in a better condition than you found it.
What if we took that advice into:
The job…
The home…
The car…
The family…
The friendships…
Our own relationship with Jesus?
If ALL of these things are things that God has entrusted us with, shouldn’t we make sure we are cultivating it, growing it, nurturing it and seeing how the Holy Spirit will move?
Watch it multiply!
And watch God bless it.
“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You were faithful over a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Share your master’s joy.” -Matthew 25:21
This parable that PT preached about last Sunday… does it nudge you to take whatever God has given you and multiply it? Investing in something far greater than just yourself? Stewarding well over our families, friends and life is one of the greatest and most profound experiences.
Ooohhh watch it multiply. Watch God bless it.

I believe that! I've seen it and experienced it! Praise God, all the day long!
