Together
Pastor Amie Donovan
“I thank my God every time I remember you.” -Philippians 1:3
Have you ever loved someone so much you thank God every time they cross your mind?
The Apostle Paul has too. He pens these beautiful words to a Church in Philippi. Paul tells this church that he is filled with joy every time he prays over them! In this pastoral epistle, we don’t simply see a church loved by Paul. We see Paul loved by this church. We see a family.
I thank my God every time I remember you.
Paul reminds us of the beauty of being part of God's family. As we enter into a week known for celebrating all the things God has given us, I just wanted to stop and thank God for you.
Together, we have walked through our hardest hours and our darkest nights. Together we have gotten it wrong and together, we have gotten it right. In our highest highs and in our lowest lows, we all know the one place we can go.
Our Church.
In this space, we’ve discovered the beauty of being together.
I love you.
