Impossible

Impossible is a huge word for us. For God, it is as ordinary as grass, candle or foot.
To us, impossible is a massive obstacle. To God, it is the canvas on which he does his best work. Impossible gets us to worrying, God loses no sleep. Impossible seems so hard for us to see, God sees it all even before he goes into action.
The impossible is not going to freak God out or wear him out. Like the angel of old said to Abraham, “Is anything too hard for God?” (Genesis 18:14) I think not.
Stop trying to outguess God and just trust him this week without wavering. If you do, God credits that to you as righteousness. Only people who know God really trust him, and the better you know him the more you will trust. So, stop calling impossible a big word. It is only big if God is small. Trust me, he’s not.
Pray this prayer: God you know I think ___________ seems impossible. With you, all things are possible. So I rest in you. Amen
